AXA XL shared how they captured the hearts and minds of their organisation through powerful statistics and empathy for doing what is right.

In this session, we learnt about Aviva’s journey on data collection, the challenges and how they navigated managing the sensitivities around capturing and reporting data. This was a round table session with an open discussion on challenges being faced by the insurance industry which included sharing knowledge and experience on how to manage the next steps with reporting internally and externally.
